You have an interview but it’s been a while since you’ve had one - What will they ask? How should I respond? What should I ask? 

With my experience of being on the other side of the table, and as a Certified Resume Strategist, I know what a good resume consists of. I know the difference between a cover letter written with intention and a template where only the company name has been changed. I know what employers want to ask, and what they want to hear.

    You’ll have some homework, assessments, and we’ll connect each week for an hour and run through it all, each week getting you closer to where you want to be.

    Coaching can be tailored to each individual person, and starts with a 30-day option. Let’s connect and see where you’re at and go from there. I will always meet you where you are.

  • Have a resume but just want someone to have a second look at it and provide some recommendations? This is a great option if you’re happy with your resume but want an option from a Certified Resume Strategist. It can be reviewed once and suggestions sent back within 48hrs.

  • We chat for 30-45 minutes via zoom or in-person (your choice), and we talk about your previous and current work experience, your strengths, skills, and achievements, and how they can translate into a really great resume and attract employers. We’ll take that info and create a customized 2-page resume for a specific job posting, or your line of work.

  • 45 minute meeting, crafting a professionally-tailored resume specific to a job posting, and a 1-page cover letter to generate interest and connection with prospective employers. Also includes follow-up tips!

  • This time can be used however you’d prefer. We can run through potential Q & A’s and get you comfortable talking about yourself, refining those answers to really draw out your strengths, and support your value to employers. I can answer questions about how to present yourself, what to wear, what to bring. This time is yours and we can customize it exactly for you.

  • We take everything from the Interview Prep and add on a 30-min mock interview to get you ready for your meeting.
